申請 BNO Visa 移民英國 | 溫馨提示

• 小朋友 under 18, 跟父母申請 BNO Visa, 必須要Upload 一封 Letter of Consent for Child to Apply

• upload 證明文件是需要 upload 這一封信

• Proof of Ordinary Hong Kong Residence
• Proof of Main Applicants and Dependants live in same household
• Proof of Genuine Relationships
• Proof of Nationality
• Financial Proof – for 6 months (includes accommodation costs)

• 通常居住在香港的證明 (up to 3 pieces of evidence)
• 證明主申請人及附屬申請人的關係
• 證明主申請人及所有附屬申請人一同居住
• 國籍證明- Valid BNO Passport, HKSAR Passport, HKID (or other IDs)
• 足夠6 個月的資金證明，包括住宿費用 (必須是現金)

• UKVI: You cannot travel to the UK until your BNO Visa is approved

• BNO Visa未獲批核絕對不能前往英國

• You must enter the UK within 90 days if you applied via the Visa Center before your Vignette Expires. However, you can apply for an extension, one month prior to Vignette expiry date.
  
  
• 假如你是經簽證中心 (Visa Center) 獲批 BNO Visa, 你是需要90日內出發到英國. 假如需要延期, 你必須要在 Vignette Expire 前的一個月申請延期.

• You must submit a valid TB Certificate
  
  
• 當你申請時必須遞交 TB Certificate

• A tourist Visa does not grant you the permission to stay inside the UK and apply for the BNO Visa

• 不可以用旅遊簽證入境申請 BNO Visa. 你沒有留在英國的權利申請居留許可證.

• Adult Dependent Relatives who are under the age of 18, are not eligible

• 未滿18歲的其他家庭成員 (Adult Dependent Relatives), 是不符合申請資格的

• Applicants apply from outside of Hong Kong, must provide valid “Permission to Stay”
  
  
• 在海外申請的人, 必須提供有效簽證. 假如你不在香港申請, 你必須提供你在當地國家逗留的有效簽證.

高度倚賴父母申請人, 必須提供多項證明

1. 父母和主申請人的關係

2. 必須要長期倚賴主申請人的照顧

3. 不單止是金錢上的支持

4. 更重要的是日常生活的長期照顧

5. 必須要一起居住

配偶是其他國籍

配偶是其他國籍是可用 Dependant Spouse/Partner 身份申請的. 但必須證明是香港居民 (Ordinary HK Resident)

Family members can be of any nationality and hold any passport.

曾經破產是必須申報的. 

也需要提供相關法庭文件.

提供的法庭文件必須要是英文版.
